The Articulate is a bright, open, 9000 sq. foot Coworking Community just down the street from Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins. We’ve been here for 4 years and we’re ready to welcome all of the newly-remote workers into the good life that is coworking.

So many reasons not to work from home.
Sweat pants (or no pants) aside, there are so many reasons many of us are itching to get back into a more structured, professional setting. You may love your kids, your partner, your pets, and/or your couch, but let’s face it- they can all be quite the distraction monster. More and more people have finally hit the wall where they are no longer enjoying working from home and are wanting to go somewhere- anywhere else- even if it’s for part of a workday or workweek. How have we adapted to the 'new normal’?
1. Updated cleaning, distancing and safety protocols
The Articulate has adopted new cleaning and safety protocols to keep our Members and guests safe. With symptom monitoring, increased sanitization routines, mask requirements, and clear social distancing guidelines in place, we’re not leaving anything to chance. We promise to continue to keep up with the ever changing times and stay committed to keeping this a safe space for you to work.
2. Every-Other-Desk Policy helps you keep your distance and get work done.
In addition to our desk privacy dividers, we’ve designated every-other-desk as a Social Distancing Desk. We’ve taken the guesswork out of it so you can focus on your work. You’ll never be closer than 6 feet to any of your coworkers, and can relax knowing you’re in a safe and distraction-free working environment.
3. New meeting rooms = More privacy
In addition to offering Private Office Memberships, we recently built two additional meeting rooms to give our Members more options for privacy. Now with four meeting spaces and a phone booth for our Desk members, you are guaranteed to get the privacy you need.
The shared coworking space creates an energized working environment, but sometimes you just want to be able to step into a room and shut the door. Private meeting rooms are perfect for phone calls, Zoom calls, or 1-on-1 meetings. * We have limited the capacity of all of our meeting spaces to allow for ample amounts of social distancing.
4. Let us make the coffee for you.
Part of the new safety protocol at The Articulate is a One-Person-At-A-Time-In-The-Kitchen Policy, disposable coffee dispensing tissue and regular sanitation of the entire coffee station. Endless coffee refills sounds like a nice treat for anyone who’s been making their own cup of coffee for the past 6 months, eh?

The Articulate has 4 Membership Levels
Limited Membership $75 / month
The Limited membership is designed for people who don’t necessarily need to come in every day, but would like a space away from home to work once-a-week or so. You get to be a part of Fort Collins’ best community, professional mailing capabilities, and limited access to meeting rooms.
Shared Desk Membership $175 / month
The Shared Desk membership is perfect for the laptop users in the bunch. If you like the flexibility to choose where you sit but don’t want to arm wrestle the guy at the coffee shop, this could be the fit for you. With almost 9000 sq. feet, there is always a space available for you to get in, plop down, and get work done.
Dedicated Desk Membership $275 / month
The Dedicated Desk membership is a nice compromise for those of you who like to have your own space, but don’t need a whole private office. With Dedicated Desks, you can set up your area exactly how you like it with the confidence it will be just like that when you return. Have a favorite framed photo or house plant? Bring it! Make this space your own.
Private Offices starting at $600 / month
Private Offices are great for small businesses or small teams that would like a priavte space to call their own, but also enjoy being part of a vibrant community. Our offices start at $600 / month with no additional per person charge.
